New York photographer Joseph O. Holmes has created an amazing series of photos of the empty insides of CBGB’s. Beautiful and haunting with nothing but a few chairs and the richly stickered walls of the club left, the photo series is on view at the Wall Space gallery in Seattle through November 8. Great photos from New York photographer Joe Holmes. He has consistently amazing daily photos on his site. But I also like his series AMNH with photos of silhouetted people in front of dioramas in the American Museum of Natural History. And great stuff in his Workplace project of photos of peoples cubicles and desks. Holmes is represented by the Jen Bekman Gallery in NYC.
