Cheerleaders No Longer Sexy in Texas

The Texas state legislature no longer wants their public school cheerleaders to be sexy. The state House has passed a bill banning groups perfoming in an overtly sexually suggestive manner at school events. It was a close vote, but the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Al Edwards, D-Houston, blamed that on Beelzebub. Satan is not just going to let you walk over and get something, he said.
